Nice Hotel, but Service Needs Improvement

I had a lovely stay at a hotel just minutes from a stunning beach. The food was fresh and diverse, particularly the breakfast buffet with its array of options including fresh pastries and local specialties. I appreciated the very clean rooms and the dedicated cleaning staff who ensured a pleasant environment throughout my visit. the attitude of some staff left a lot to be desired, as there were instances of rudeness that overshadowed the experience.

nissi park is a hidden gem! the outdoor pool was fantastic, with beautiful garden tables for relaxing drinks. special shoutout to mr stefano for his outstanding hospitality! I loved the calm atmosphere and how clean everything was. it's definitely perfect for unwinding after a day out.

The lovely lounge and pool area was adorned with vibrant flowers, creating a cozy hangout spot to snack and sip. We even indulged ourselves with the ever-attentive restaurant staff who delivered dishes with flair.

The only cheeky hiccup was the drains in the room. water was slow to go down the sink, but that was just a minor blip in an otherwise stellar stay. Everything still shone bright during our visit!

But apparently, tea kettles are a luxury here! Just don’t expect to brew a cuppa in your room to ease the pain of that missing fridge, darling.

Just a solid selection for a weekend stopover in Ayia Napa with excellent value for money. Enjoyed the happy hour cocktails, which were a great way to unwind after a long day. Bring an extension lead if you need to charge multiple devices.
